01 Introduction
The National Youth Development Conference (NYDC) maintains a strict no-refund policy. All registration fees paid are final and non-refundable once registration is completed.
By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and fully accept the terms set out in this policy.
02 Registration Fees
All registration fees are collected to cover conference logistics, materials, venue, and operations. Fees must be paid in full to confirm your participation. Incomplete payments will not secure your spot.
03 No-Refund Policy
All registration fees are strictly non-refundable. Once you have completed your registration and payment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of plans or personal circumstances
- Inability to attend the event
- Withdrawal from participation after registration
- No-shows on the day of the event
By proceeding with registration and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-refund policy.
04 Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details. Please retain this for your records. Fees must be paid in full to confirm your participation — incomplete payments will not secure your spot.
Note: Transaction fees charged by third-party payment gateways are non-refundable under any circumstances.
05 Transfers and Substitutions
While refunds are not available, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant at no additional charge, provided you notify us in writing at least 7 days before the event. Substitution requests made after this deadline are subject to approval and may incur an administrative fee.
06 Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that NYDC is cancelled or significantly postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to force majeure, natural disasters, or government restrictions), participants will be offered:
- A full credit toward the rescheduled event, or
- A full refund of the registration fee
NYDC will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants such as travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
07 Changes to This Policy
NYDC reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be communicated through official channels. Continued registration or participation constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
